• Conduct competitor benchmarking on products, pricing, positioning, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze customer needs, behaviours, and market opportunities via surveys, interviews, and desk research.
• Develop TAM/SAM/SOM, market sizing, forecasts, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
• Monitor competitor activity, partnerships, and product launches.
• Translate research into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Support market entry, product strategy, business expansion, and other strategic initiatives.
