Job summary

Michelin in Chennai is offering a structured trainee program across Production, Quality and Maintenance departments. You will rotate through shifts A, B and C, learn day-to-day operations, assist in production activities and support quality checks and documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and equipment upkeep.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, 5S and company policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate shift reports, logs and records.
• Participate in training sessions, improvement activities and shift handovers.
• Report any abnormalities, safety hazards or quality issues promptly.
