Job summary

Arabelle Solutions seeks a Fabrication Supervisor to lead the fabrication shop, supervise welders and fitters, and ensure safe, efficient production aligned with drawings and quality standards. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance while developing team skills and promoting a strong safety culture.

The role involves 3-shift work, 48 hrs/week, and overtime as production needs dictate.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of fabrication supervision or related role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, quality and maintenance teams.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work 3-shift rotations and overtime as needed.
• Strict adherence to safety procedures and PPE usage.

• The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for leading fabrication shop operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The role involves supervising welders and fitters, planning and monitoring fabrication activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements, while coordinating with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production targets.
