Job summary

Seagate Technology in Johor Bahru invites a Manufacturing Specialist to join our production team. You will perform manual to semi-manual tasks according to process sheets and instructions, while upholding safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

You will work in a rotating shift environment, maintain cleanroom etiquette, and participate in training. You’ll contribute to efficient manufacturing and continuous improvement of procedures and processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing process
• Experience working under supervision to resolve manufacturing problems
• SPM and STPM/PMR holders with related experience

Responsibilities

• Wear appropriate safety protection and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy and procedures
• Maintain one's own work area to established housekeeping standards
• Perform to meet departmental goals and quality targets
• Provide quality products and services that meet customer requirements
• Maintain processes within pre-determined limits and monitor non-conformance
• Help identify and eliminate problems
• Assist in simplification and/or improvements of procedures, techniques, or processes
• Adhere to all relevant documentation systems used in the production procedure
• Observe Cleanroom and wafer handling etiquette
• Undertake training as required

• Mengekalkan proses dalam had yang telah ditentukan dan memantau ketidakpatuhan
• Membantu mengenal pasti dan menghapuskan masalah Membantu dalam penyederhanaan dan/atau penambahbaikan prosedur, teknik, atau proses
• Mematuhi semua sistem dokumentasi berkaitan yang digunakan dalam prosedur pengeluaran
• Memerhatikan etika Bilik Bersih dan pengendalian wafer
• Mengikuti latihan yang diperlukan

• Flexible to transfer to any other duties considered necessary to meet the needs of the business
• Willing to work on rotation shift hours
• SPM and STPM / PMR holders who have related experience

• Work under general supervision, performing routine and complex manufacturing problems as per traveler, manufacturing processes and associated documents
• Knowledge and hands on experience in manufacturing process
• Bekerja di bawah pengawasan umum, melaksanakan masalah pembuatan rutin dan kompleks mengikut perjalanan kerja, proses pembuatan dan dokumen berkaitan
• Pengetahuan dan pengalaman langsung dalam proses pembuatan
