L&T Precision Engineering & Systems invites applications for a Manufacturing Line Operator – Motor. You will monitor EV traction motor production equipment across winding, forming, welding, impregnation, rotor assembly, final assembly, and EOL testing.
You will ensure safety, quality, and timely output while following standardized work. Role requires 1–4 years in manufacturing, a Diploma/BE in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics, and ability to read drawings and tool gauges.
