Job summary

Pfizer in Vizag (On Premise) seeks a seasoned people manager to lead a large pharmaceutical manufacturing team. You will oversee 250+ staff, allocate resources, drive process improvements, and ensure cGMP compliance across the division, while aligning operations with the company’s mission to deliver medicines to patients.

You will champion knowledge sharing, manage cross-functional projects, and develop a diverse talent pipeline, setting strategic priorities and building capabilities to sustain

Qualifications

• B. Pharm./M. Pharm., Science Graduate with IIT/IIM with 15+ years of experience
• Pharmaceutical sterile formulations processing technology and compliance domain expertise (Minimum 10 years in leadership role)
• Expert in process knowledge and operational excellence
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and cGMP requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of financial metrics for manufacturing organization, safety requirements, regulatory inspections, compliance requirements.
• Team building and engaging capabilities for larger team size of more than 250 employees.
