Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Leader in Telangana, India. You will develop and project manage global manufacturing initiatives, including new site set ups, and define improvements and manufacturing standards that drive safety, quality and productivity.

You will lead cost allocation methods, create centralized knowledge bases, and partner with Finance for variance analysis and productivity tracking.

• Leading planning and execution of new site set ups and develop lower cost solutions.
• Defining and maintaining global manufacturing standards across all plants.
• Creating centralized knowledge bases and playbooks while establishing standardized job roles, RACIs, and span-of-control guidelines across sites.
• Implementing cost-allocation methods for direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
• Partnering with Finance to harmonize costing, variance analysis, and productivity tracking.
