Job summary

FLSmidth in India (Haryana) seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead assembly and paint shop activities, drive process improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met. You will investigate issues, support new product launches, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing engineering with strong knowledge of assembly processes and lean tools.

Qualifications

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering within Assembly and/or Paint Shop.


• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, paint systems, and manufacturing standards.


• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement tools.
