Job summary

Birlasoft in Bengaluru is seeking a QA Engineer / Senior Test Engineer with 4–6 years of software testing experience, spanning manual and automation efforts to drive quality across products and platforms.

You will work hands-on with Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred), API testing (Postman/REST), SQL for data validation, and defect tracking tools, contributing to test planning, design, and execution within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of software testing experience (manual + automation).
• Proven experience in Selenium-based automation testing.

Responsibilities

Experience: 4–6 Years

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in Manual Testing concepts and methodologies
• Hands‑on experience in Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred)
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Experience of API testing (Postman/REST) and basic SQL is an added advantage
• Experience of SQL and test data management
