Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manual Tester to join our QA team. You will be responsible for testing software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements, function correctly, and provide a seamless user experience. Fluency in English and confidence in giving product demos to clients is a must.

Responsibilities

• Test Planning: Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements to develop test plans and test cases.
• Manual Testing: Execute functional, regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing to ensure product quality.
• Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and communicate bugs with developers and product teams for resolution.
• Client Communication: Present and demonstrate software features to clients through demos and walk-throughs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the product meets high-quality standards before release and maintain clear professional communication.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in manual software testing with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and lifecycle.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis) and understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, confident in giving client demos and presenting software features.
• Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced QA environment.
