Job summary

Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a Manager WFM to lead our Workforce Management (WFM) team within the BPM | WFM function. You will design and implement workforce plans, ensure optimal resource utilization, and drive operational excellence across cross-functional teams.

You will mentor analysts, develop forecasting models, oversee scheduling, monitor KPIs, and pursue automation to reduce costs, while staying compliant with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in workforce management.
• Proficient in using WFM software and forecasting/scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
