Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited, formerly Idea Cellular Limited, is looking for a Store Manager in Kerala. You will drive sales and manage profitability for a Vodafone Idea store.

Candidates must have graduation and prior store management experience; you will lead a team, ensure stock availability, and execute marketing/promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• Experience in retail store management preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for voice, data, devices and services.
• Deliver revenue targets and increase revenue per footfall.
• Ensure profitability and minimize losses due to pilferage.
• Manage customer service and reduce churn for walk-in customers.
• Maintain store processes, stock availability and store upkeep.
• Execute marketing, branding and promotional activities.

Job Purpose

To manage the profitability of the company owned store

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Sales
  • 1. Achieve sales target for all products (Voice-Post-paid/ prepaid, data, VAS, handsets etc.) at a VodafoneIdea store
  • 2. Ensure and monitor quality of acquisition through the store
• Revenue
  • -Deliver revenue targets for the store
  • -Increase revenue per footfall by aiding customers purchase decisions
• RoI
  • - Achieve profitability (Return on investment) targets for the store
  • - Minimize losses from pilferage (wastage) and shrinkage (unidentified losses)
• Customer Service
  • - Manage churn and achieve customer satisfaction for walk-in customers
• Store Management
  • -Ensure adherence to store processes in terms of documentation and systems
  • -Ensure infrastructure / store upkeep
  • -Maintain availability of stock at the store while adhering to norms
  • -Ensure appropriate placement of pop-ups and product displays at store
• Marketing
  • - Execute marketing, branding and promotion activities
  • -Ensure fliers/ brand POS are available at store
  • - Resolve channel-specific issues within specific timelines
