Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end UX vision and strategy for the Enterprise AI Platform.
  • Create and maintain a UX roadmap covering usability and information architecture.
  • Align UX priorities with product strategy, AI capabilities, and business objectives.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Business teams to shape features.
  • Establish UX governance, standards, and best practices across the platform.

It brings together advanced analytics, AI-driveninsights, and enterprise workflows to enable smarter, faster, and moreconfident decisions across the organization. We believe AI should reduce complexity,remove friction, and augment human decision-making, not add cognitiveburden. User experience is therefore a strategic lever, not a downstreamactivity. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that AI capabilitiestranslate into clear value, trust, and adoption through thoughtful,user-centred design.

Role Overview

We are looking for a UX Leader toown and shape the user experience of a large-scale Enterprise AI Platform.This role is responsible for deeply understanding user needs, identifyingfriction across journeys, and translating insights into a clear, prioritizedUX roadmap that drives adoption, usability, and business value.

This is not a visual design role. The focusis on usability, experience strategy, and user outcomes, ensuring thatadvanced AI capabilities are delivered through intuitive, efficient, andtrustworthy experiences for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the end-to-end UX vision and strategy forthe Enterprise AI Platform.
  • Create and maintain a UX roadmap covering usability,workflows, information architecture, and experience improvements.
  • Align UX priorities with product strategy, AI capabilities,and business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of users, their context, painpoints, and decision-making.
  • Identify and remove friction, complexity, and cognitive loadacross critical user journeys.
  • Continuously simplify workflows while balancingenterprise-scale requirements and functional depth.
3. User Research & Insights
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative user research acrossthe product lifecycle (interviews, usability testing, journey mapping,prototype validation, analytics).
  • Create and maintain personas, user journeys, and experienceblueprints.
  • Translate insights into actionable UX improvements withmeasurable impact on adoption, efficiency, and satisfaction.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, andBusiness teams to shape features from concept to delivery.
  • Lead design thinking and co-creation workshops to solvecomplex experience challenges.
  • Represent the UX perspective in product and roadmapdiscussions, influencing decisions early.
5. UX Governance & Best Practices
  • Establish and champion user-centered design principles,standards, and best practices across the platform.
  • Guide teams on information architecture, interactionpatterns, and usability heuristics.
  • Ensure experience consistency and quality as the platformevolves and scales.
  • Define and track UX metrics such as usability, tasksuccess, adoption, error reduction, and satisfaction.
  • Use data and user feedback to validate design decisions andprioritize improvements.
  • Link UX outcomes to business KPIs in partnership withproduct and analytics teams.
  • Mentor and guide UX designers and researchers, fostering aculture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Shape effective collaboration models between UX, Product, andEngineering teams.
  • Advocate a UX-first mindset, ensuring experience isconsidered from inception—not as a downstream activity.
Experience & Skills
  • 12+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or UXResearch, preferably on complex enterprise or B2B platforms.
  • Proven ability to identify user needs, remove friction, andimprove usability at scale.
  • Strong expertise in user research, journey mapping, andusability testing.
  • Experience defining and executing UX roadmaps incollaboration with senior product stakeholders.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, data-intensive platforms,or enterprise workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills.
