Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai is seeking a Treasury Manager with 3–7 years of treasury front office experience to oversee cash flow, ALM, and funding strategies. Knowledge of CP, NCD, and bank loans is essential, along with ALM policy implementation and investor data handling.

CA or MBA qualification is required, with NBFC/bank exposure. Strong Excel and analytical skills, plus ability to work under pressure, are expected.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications: CA or MBA.

• Experience in NBFC or Bank is essential.
• Experience in treasury functions including ALM, funding, and investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient cash flow management.
• Manage ALM and support ALCO meetings (funding requirements/borrowing plan).
• Arrange borrowings via CP/NCD/bank loans per ALM policy.
• Manage bank renewals and related borrowings requirements.
• Develop and implement LCR policy and HQLA management.
• Evaluate investment products (MF, TREPS, FD, CD, CP) for surplus.
• Coordinate with rating agencies and monitor limits.
• Handle investor relations and data submissions to investors.
• Support treasury system implementations and cross-team coordination.

Job Title : Treasury Manager

Location : Mumbai

Age Group : 25 – 30 Years

Reporting into : Vice President

Experience : Range of 3 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensuring efficient cash flow management
• ALM management
• Supporting ALCO meeting – Determining funding requirement / borrowing plan
• Borrowings through CP / NCD /Bank Loans as per ALM policy
• Managing Bank renewals and various requirements related to bank borrowings
• Formation & implementation of LCR policy / HQLA management
• Evaluation of investment related products (MF, TREPS, FD, CD, CP etc) for surplus management
• Rating agency co ordination
• Limit monitoring
• Investor relationship management
• Data preparation/submission to investors like MFs/ Banks etc.
• Treasury compliances
• Co-ordination with business teams
• Advising on transfer pricing
• Support in Treasury System implementation.
