Job Description
Under the general direction of the Head of Administration – ICRC Middle East, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient daily operations of the travel support team based in Noida. You will be an integral part of the team in maintaining high service standards for seamless travel experiences for stakeholders in the Middle East. Responsibilities include independently managing end-to-end travel arrangements, cultivating relationships with travel partners, and providing operational support as needed by the team.
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Travel Support Manager. You will oversee and coordinate travel logistics for Middle East employees, encompassing flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation. Additionally, you will offer recommendations and assist with resolving travel-related issues while ensuring adherence to company travel policies and standards. Attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and strong communication skills are critical for success in this role.
