The role will oversee HR operations with a focus on global mobility, job architecture, and benefits management. This oversees employee movement, manages compensation and benefits programs and ensures processes are compliant, efficient and employee centric.## Essential Duties* Oversee global mobility processes including transfers, relocations, immigration support, and repatriation services, escalating process or vendor issues with the GCC Leader and Center of Excellence (COE)* Partner with business units to assess feasibility and impact of employee movements* Ensure employee information is updated accurately and timely in HR systems* Identify, document, and implement changes in job architecture, including communicating impacts to stakeholders* Administer and communicate compensation program changes and benefits offerings* Conduct benefits benchmarking, market analysis, and employee sentiment surveys* Develop, implement, and manage benefits open enrollment processes, including guides, communications, and training* Verify benefit eligibility and maintain compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements* Partner with the Total Rewards COE on process enhancements, development of materials and resources, and status reporting as needed* Mentor, guide, and support staff in daily responsibilities## Competencies* Expertise in global mobility, benefits, and compensation.* Strong analytical and project management skills.* HRIS proficiency.* Stakeholder management and communication.**Disclaimer:** This job description indicates in general terms, the type and level of work performed as well as the typical responsibilities of employees in this classification and it may be changed by management at any time.
