• Proven expertise in automation testing using TestComplete, Selenium, and Neoload.
• Strong hands-on programming knowledge in Java.
• Solid understanding of retail eCommerce domain and digital testing requirements.
• Experience in building automation testing strategies and frameworks.
• Expertise in software debugging, problem resolution, and test result analysis.
• Ability to manage large teams, handle cross-functional communication, and lead delivery across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, including functional, end-to-end, and API testing.
• Develop and execute automation scripts using TestComplete, Selenium, and Java-based frameworks.
• Oversee test planning, test execution, and defect management activities.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve testing issues and ensure quality outcomes.
• Prepare and present test metrics and quality reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in QA by implementing modern automation solutions and tools.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to the QA team, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.

In your role as a QA Manager, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech IT Infrastructure function and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.

What you do

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QA Project Manager with a strong background in automation testing, project leadership, and strategic test planning, particularly in the Retail eCommerce and Digital Platforms domain. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a hands‑on expert in Test Automation tools such as TestComplete, Selenium, and Neoload.

• Minimum 10+ years of QA Project Management experience.
• Proven expertise in automation testing using TestComplete, Selenium, and Neoload.
• Strong hands‑on programming knowledge in Java.
• Solid understanding of retail eCommerce domain and digital testing requirements.
• Experience in building automation testing strategies and frameworks.
• Expertise in software debugging, problem resolution, and test result analysis.
• Ability to manage large teams, handle cross‑functional communication, and lead delivery across multiple projects.

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to Oracle POS (ORPOS) or similar retail tools.
• Experience with data analysis in the context of QA.
• Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques.
• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
