Responsibilities

• Take responsibility of Active MT, SPO & KRO Count.
• Promoter onboarding - Admin & Business; Smart Phone Outlet (SPO) chain engagement.
• Promoter Productivity: TL monthly PJP setting & tracking; VISA adherence on attendance & training; Key SPO- KRO visit as per defined PJP; Carry out OJT
• Drive Shopper activations as per design shared by corporate or circle
• Liaising with the Zonal Team. I am a part of zonal reviews on performance & support sought
• Interpret & construct performance reports
• Execute agreed actions on Promoter monthly attrition.
• Monitor TL & Promoter incentive earning
