Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a Manager-level TSM – D2C to oversee promoter onboarding, admin duties, and engagement across distribution networks. The role involves driving promoter productivity, managing incentives, and coordinating with zonal teams to monitor performance.

You will lead initiatives in shopper activation, training adherence, and attrition reduction while leveraging MS Excel for data analysis. The position aligns with VIL’s values and growth in India’s telecom landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in distribution management and building teams.
• Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Promoter onboarding, admin and business MT chain engagement.
• Set and track monthly PJP for team performance.
• Ensure VISA attendance and training adherence.
• Conduct MT-SPO-KRO visits as per defined PJP.
• Carry out on-the-job training (OJT).
• Lead promoter incentive programs and R&R processes.
• Monitor promoter attrition and execute action plans.
• Drive shopper activation as designed by Circle/Corp.
• Coordinate with Zonal teams for performance reviews.
