Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a seasoned Manager of Technology Consulting specializing in Infor WMS to lead a multi-site deployment, overseeing planning, design, configuration, validation, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare support.

You will coordinate implementation initiatives, ensure quality, and build client capability across warehouse operations. You will drive best-practice guidance for WMS processes, including receiving, put-away, waves, RF profiles, and inventory counting, while

Qualifications

• 12–17 years IT experience with 3+ years at Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager levels.
• Background implementing Infor WMS across industries such as Logistics, Retail and Distribution.
• End‑to‑end WMS experience and supply chain domain expertise.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on best practices in warehouse management.
• Lead multi-site Infor WMS rollout across phases from planning to hypercare.
• Oversee configuration validation, testing, UAT defect resolution, and go‑live prep.
• Guide clients on warehouse setup, locations, zones, put-away, and packing workflows.
• Manage project lifecycle, quality controls, and stakeholder communications.
