Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a skilled Infor WMS Functional Consultant to lead multi-site WMS rollout projects, from planning to hypercare, across transportation, logistics, retail, and manufacturing sectors.

You will guide best practices in warehouse operations and manage end-to-end project delivery. The role requires strong consulting experience, travel willingness, and a collaborative approach to work with global teams.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years at Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager level, or 4+ years of dedicated Infor WMS experience.
• Proven expertise implementing Infor WMS across Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management; SME in WMS Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on Infor WMS rollout from planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Configure the Infor WMS application as a Functional Consultant.
• Validate configurations with inbound/outbound/inventory test scenarios and interfaces.
• Advise clients on warehouse setup, zones, locations, put-away, replenishment, and waves.
• Manage priorities in a fast-changing environment with minimal oversight.
• Develop client capabilities and build trust within EPAM and client teams.
