Ernst & Young LLP ( EY India ) in Gurgaon seeks a Manager for Tech Consulting focusing on CNS TC Cyber Security. The role leads enterprise compliance across NIST CSF, ISO standards, and cloud security, with strong emphasis on governance, risk, and AI security.

You will design and implement compliance programs, drive automation, and mentor a team, shaping enterprise security posture and regulatory alignment in a fast-evolving TMT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise compliance programs across NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 1, SOC 2, ISMAP, IRAP, Cloud Security and AI governance frameworks.
• Design, implement and continuously improve enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance frameworks aligned with business objectives, customer commitments, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop compliance strategies, annual assessment plans, governance metrics and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Conduct compliance assessments, gap analysis, control testing, and audit readiness reviews.
• Evaluate effectiveness of key technology controls including SDLC, IAM, Cryptography & Key Management, Data Protection & Privacy Controls, Vulnerability Management, Backup & Recovery.
• Assess cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP against security and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with engineering and cloud teams to embed security and compliance controls within cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead security, risk, and governance assessments for AI/GenAI/ Agentic AI systems and platforms.
• Define remediation roadmaps and track closure of compliance findings.
• Drive automation of compliance and assurance activities through AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, GRC platforms, and workflow automation solutions.
• Establish governance mechanisms and reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
• Present compliance posture, risk insights, audit trends, and transformation roadmaps to executive management
• Lead and mentor team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability.
