Ernst & Young LLP ( EY India ) is seeking a Director in Gurgaon to lead Tech Consulting for TMT CNS TC Cyber Security. The role focuses on governance, risk management, and AI-related security strategies for top clients in the Gurgaon area.

The candidate will engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders, shaping services and teams to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity programs, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in information security governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience in advising on AI governance and data privacy.
• Familiar with GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Have 10+ years of experience in Information Security GRC, Data Privacy, Technology Risk, and AI Governance.
• Bring strong consulting or professional services experience.
• Advise clients on GenAI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Assessments, Model Governance, and Agentic AI risks.
• Experience with DLP, CASB, data discovery and classification, cloud security, privacy-enhancing technologies, and AI security solutions.
• Translate regulatory requirements and technology risks into practical controls, governance models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Engage with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, DPOs and other senior stakeholders.
• Shaping new opportunities and service offerings in the market.
• Build and mentor teams and lead complex client engagements.

Your key responsibilities

• Have 10+ years of experience in Information Security GRC, Data Privacy, Technology Risk, and AI Governance
• Bring strong consulting or professional services experience
• Have expertise in DPDPA, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST CSF, and NIST AI RMF
• Can advise clients on GenAI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Assessments, Model Governance, and Agentic AI risks
• Have experience with DLP, CASB, data discovery and classification, cloud security, privacy-enhancing technologies, and AI security solutions
• Can translate regulatory requirements and technology risks into practical controls, governance models, and transformation roadmaps
• Are comfortable engaging with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, DPOs, and other senior stakeholders
• Have a market-builder mindset and enjoy shaping new opportunities and service offerings
• Enjoy building teams, mentoring people, and leading complex client engagements

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Master of Business Administration Post Graduate Diploma in Management Experience Cybersecurity 10+.
