Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Prior experience in a tech lead / engineering manager / hands-on manager role is a strong plus.
• Product-based company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and technical execution for the NucleusLinks product.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-availability systems.
• Be hands-on with full-stack development while guiding and mentoring engineers.
• Drive technical decision-making, code quality, and best engineering practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own system performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture.

Skills

Full-Stack Development experience

Proficiency in Go / Python / PHP

Experience with modern backend frameworks and RESTful APIs

Front-end experience with modern JS frameworks

Strong understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Knowledge of microservices and system design

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

High proficiency in utilizing AI tools

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands‑on Manager, Technology to lead the engineering efforts for our NucleusLinks product. The ideal candidate will combine strong full‑stack development expertise with technical leadership, ownership mindset, and experience in building scalable, high‑performance products.

This role requires close collaboration with product, design, and business stakeholders to drive end‑to‑end delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and technical execution for the NucleusLinks product
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high‑availability systems
• Be hands‑on with full‑stack development while guiding and mentoring engineers

Education

B.Tech / M.Tech / BE / ME from a premium institute (IITs, NITs, IIITs, or other reputed engineering institutes preferred)

Experience

• 6–10+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Prior experience in a tech lead / engineering manager / hands‑on manager role is a strong plus
• Product‑based company experience preferred
