KLA in Chennai, India, seeks a seasoned Technical Publications leader to define and scale documentation operations across new product introductions and sustaining engineering. You will drive standards, reuse, and governance, while leading a global team of technical publication professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, physics or mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Publications / Product Documentation in complex engineering environments.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing large global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Technical Publications operations aligned with PLC requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and support documentation processes and exit criteria.
• Drive cross‑division alignment for consistent documentation practices and reuse.
• Lead, coach, and develop Technical Publications Leads; manage talent strategy.
• Ensure on‑time, audit‑ready documentation for NPI, sustaining engineering, and manuals.
