Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of technical projects: Greenfield, Brownfield, Capacity Expansion, NPD.
• Identify & onboard new Contract Manufacturers (CMs) aligned with strategic goals.
• Design project scope, timelines & governance mechanisms to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, R&D, Operations, Planning & external partners.
• Drive qualification, validation & testing; identify gaps and implement technical solutions.
• Report project updates to corporate and functional heads; maintain documentation and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 8.5 to 13 years experience in technical project management in Pharma, Nutraceutical, or Food industry.
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Agile PPM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication & leadership abilities; experience managing cross-functional teams & vendors.
