As a Talent Acquisition Manager at JLL, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent across our Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, and Corporate Functions teams throughout the South region while leading campus hiring initiatives. This individual contributor position puts you at the heart of building high-performing teams that drive our business forward.
You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and seamless onboarding transitions—ensuring every candidate experiences the excellence that defines JLL. Manage full-cycle recruitment for Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, and Corporate Functions positions across the South region in India, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers through successful candidate onboarding
Source passive and active candidates through diverse channels including direct outreach, professional networking platforms, industry events, employee referrals, and creative sourcing strategies that tap into commercial real estate talent communities
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments, evaluating both technical competencies—such as market knowledge, deal experience, and analytical capabilities—and cultural alignment with JLL's collaborative and innovative environment
Coordinate interview logistics across multiple South region offices, prepare hiring teams with structured interview guides, and facilitate calibration discussions to ensure consistent and equitable candidate evaluation
Support & drive the Early Career Program initiatives to build a robust pipeline of emerging talent
Negotiate compensation packages that balance candidate expectations with internal equity guidelines, partnering with HR and business leaders to structure competitive offers that reflect regional market dynamics and role complexity
Maintain recruitment dashboards and analytics, publishing bi-weekly updates that track key metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire effectiveness, candidate pipeline health, diversity representation, and regional hiring trends
Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers across Leasing, Capital Markets, and Corporate Functions through regular touchpoints, proactive communication, and consultative partnership that positions you as a trusted talent advisor
Drive post-offer engagement strategies that keep candidates excited and informed throughout their notice period, ensuring a smooth transition and strong Day 1 experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum 8 years of hands-on recruitment experience, demonstrating progression in scope and complexity of searches managed
Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles across multiple functions, with demonstrable ability to meet or exceed hiring targets and quality metrics in competitive talent markets
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate JLL's value proposition compellingly to candidates at all levels, from early career professionals to experienced advisors
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including experience influencing senior leaders and managing competing priorities across multiple hiring managers in fast-paced, client-focused environments
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite
Deep understanding of current talent acquisition trends including social media recruitment, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and diversity sourcing strategies
Flexibility to support campus recruitment activities, and occasional travel across the South region as business needs require
Demonstrated commitment to creating inclusive recruitment practices that support diverse candidate pools
