Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition in Bengaluru to lead full-cycle recruitment across India. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, design proactive sourcing strategies, and drive staffing plans for roles from entry to executive level.

You will work with HR partners to refine job specs, manage offers, and report recruitment metrics. The role requires a tech-forward mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-enabled

Competenze

• Minimum 5–6 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruitment environment while managing multiple projects.
• Experience in Facilities Management/Engineering/Property Management/Real Estate/Construction or Project Management is preferred.
• Tech-forward mentality with experience using ATS and collaboration tools.

What this job involves

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, develop strong relationships with hiring managers, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs across the India Market.
• Create and execute a recruitment plan for various roles from entry to executive level.
• Manage effective stakeholder connects with both business and client leadership across India.
• Work with the HR Business Partner(s) and/or business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitments to fill current and future hiring needs and modify job descriptions as appropriate.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Develop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent, conduct initial call to potential candidate.
• Work with Director of Recruiting to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm wide recruiting initiatives.
• Create key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting effort.
• Provide monthly / fortnightly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting.
• Work on specialized TA programs such as annual internships, Succession planning, external pipeline management for key roles.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 - 6 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment while managing projects simultaneously.
• Recruiting experience in either Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, Real Estate, Construction or Project Management is preferred.
• Tech forward mentality and experience working in ATS, MS Excel, MS TEAMs; experience with Workday, Smartsheets, and other online/collaboration technology a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Business writing experience a plus.
• Team player who can also work independently and multitask.
• Ability to work in a remote environment, manage changing priorities, and work with a sense of urgency.
