Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking a Manager - Supply Chain (India & SEA) to lead end-to-end planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, and customer service across India and Southeast Asia. The role demands strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

You will work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, and R&D to align demand and supply plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize inventory and distribution while leveraging ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Education in M.Sc Agriculture and additional certification/ course in Supply chain management with 9-12 years of relevant experience.
• Training in leadership and coaching.
• Knowledge of digitalization / automation of supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of International flows of supply routes, markets and interdependencies, and documentation.
• Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
• Readiness to work at Pune location.
• Proficient in MS Office and related ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team to drive high performance and collaboration.
• Manage end-to-end supply planning to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, and customer service excellence across India and SEA.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, import/export operations, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely and efficient product movement.
• Drive capacity planning, processing, testing, and scheduling activities while identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing protocols, and supply chain processes.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance service, quality, efficiency, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead supply chain discussions in cross-functional reviews and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Engage with Global supply planning processes and Centre of Expertise.
• Apply ERP in day-to-day supply operations.

Manager Supply Chain- Supply Hub (India & SEA)

A strong supply chain strategy is built on effective planning, coordination, and execution across India and Southeast Asia, ensuring seamless product availability, optimized inventory management, and efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain.

In the role of Manager - Supply Chain (India & SEA) , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring effective planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, order management and customer service to deliver reliable product availability and operational excellence across the region.

Make a difference as a Manager- Supply Chain (India & SEA)

As a Manager - Supply Chain (India & SEA), you will play a key role in developing and executing regional supply chain strategies to ensure seamless product availability and operational efficiency across India and Southeast Asia.

You will work closely with Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Production, Procurement, R&D and Operations teams to align demand and supply plans, seed movements in line with regulatory compliance, optimize inventory levels, manage logistics and distribution activities, and support data-driven decision-making to achieve business objectives and customer service targets.

In this role, your work will include to:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team to drive high performance and collaboration.


• Manage end-to-end supply planning to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, and customer service excellence across India and SEA.


• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, import/export operations, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely and efficient product movement.


• Drive capacity planning, processing, testing, and scheduling activities while proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.


• Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing protocols, and supply chain processes to deliver high-quality products to the market.


• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, quality, efficiency, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.


• Lead supply chain discussions in cross-functional business reviews and contribute to strategic decision-making and operational excellence.


• Ensure engagement and alignment with the Global supply planning processes and Centre of expertise.


• Working / application of ERP in day-to-day supply operations.
