Job summary

Enza Zaden in Pune, India, seeks a Manager – Supply Chain (India & SEA) to lead end-to-end planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics across the region. You will coordinate with Sales, Product Development, Production, Procurement, and Operations to align demand with supply and ensure reliable product availability.

You will drive regional SC strategies, manage capacity, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the SC team while engaging with global planning processes.

Qualifications

• 9-12 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
• Leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Knowledge of digitalization / automation of supply chain processes.

## Manager Supply Chain - Supply HubApply: Pune, Maharashtra, India: Full time: Posted Yesterday: End Date: November 30, 2026 (30+ days left to apply): JR105667### **Manager Supply Chain- Supply Hub (India & SEA)**### ### A strong supply chain strategy is built on effective planning, coordination, and execution across India and Southeast Asia, ensuring seamless product availability, optimized inventory management, and efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain.### ### In the role of **Manager – Supply Chain (India & SEA)**, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring effective planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, order management and customer service to deliver reliable product availability and operational excellence across the region.### ### **Make a difference as a Manager- Supply Chain (India & SEA)** **As a Manager - Supply Chain (India & SEA),** you will play a key role in developing and executing regional supply chain strategies to ensure seamless product availability and operational efficiency across India and Southeast Asia.### You will work closely with Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Production, Procurement, R&D and Operations teams to align demand and supply plans, seed movements in line with regulatory compliance, optimize inventory levels, manage logistics and distribution activities, and support data-driven decision-making to achieve business objectives and customer service targets.### ### In this role, your work will include to:* ### Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team to drive high performance and collaboration.* ### Manage end-to-end supply planning to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, and customer service excellence across India and SEA.* ### Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, import/export operations, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely and efficient product movement.* ### Drive capacity planning, processing, testing, and scheduling activities while proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.* ### Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing protocols, and supply chain processes to deliver high-quality products to the market.* ### Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, quality, efficiency, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.* ### Lead supply chain discussions in cross-functional business reviews and contribute to strategic decision-making and operational excellence.* ### Ensure engagement and alignment with the Global supply planning processes and Centre of expertise.* ### Working / application of ERP in day-to-day supply operations.### ### **What You Bring as Our Future Colleague**### As a **Supply Chain Manager**, you bring strong capabilities in demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics coordination, regulatory compliances and stakeholder management.
