Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a Supply Chain Manager in Bengaluru to lead problem solving, remove blockers, and keep production moving. You will collaborate with global suppliers to deliver high-quality parts on time while driving long-term process improvements and profitability.

Travel ~25–30% (up to 40%) as needed, with broad cross-functional teamwork and a focus on delivering reliable supply chain performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Master’s degree in business or technical field preferred
• Meaningful experience working with suppliers
• Project management and/or process improvement/Lean experience
• Customer Service mindset and strong follow up skills
• Delivery assurance experience
• Experience organizing initiatives and processes
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with a variety of commodities is ideal
• Passion for driving results and ability to build relations with various partners
• Aerospace experience
