Schneider Electric is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineering professional to oversee daily supplier quality operations, drive problem-solving with suppliers, and track quality metrics to improve supplier performance. The role emphasizes structured root cause analysis, PPAP validation, and adherence to QMS practices in a fast-paced manufacturing

• Advanced Product Quality Planning fundamentals for supplier alignment
• 8D problem solving with suppliers and corrective actions
• Supplier quality management and performance monitoring
• Production Part Approval Process validation of supplier parts before production
• Statistical Process Control for trend analysis and defect prevention
• PFMEA to assess potential failure modes in supplier processes
• Measurement System Analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing interpretation of drawings for conformance

Join our Quality team as a Supplier Quality Engineering professional and play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain delivers excellence. You'll manage supplier quality operations, lead problem-solving initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across our supplier base.

What will you do?

• Oversee daily supplier quality operations to ensure all materials and components meet stringent quality standards
• Lead structured problem resolution with suppliers to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence
• Track and analyze supplier quality metrics to identify trends and drive performance improvements
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
