Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager - Structures for hotel projects in Bangalore. You will lead structural engineering activities from design review through execution, coordinating with architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of RCC and steel design, proficiency in ETABS/STAAD/SAFE, and proven leadership in large-scale construction projects. Excellent problem-solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structures.
• Proven experience in structural engineering and execution in construction.
• Knowledge of RCC and steel design principles and construction methods.
• Familiarity with IS codes, standards and structural design practices.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (ETABS, STAAD, SAFE).
• Strong leadership and ability to guide site engineers.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage structural engineering activities across project lifecycle, from design review to execution.
• Review and validate structural drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of structural designs.

About You:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structures.
• Proven experience in structural engineering and execution within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel design principles and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with relevant IS codes, standards, and structural design practices.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD, SAFE).
