• Ensure optimal product placement and resolve store-specific issues within timelines.

Job Purpose

• Monitoring and ensure quality of acquisition throughstore
• Increasing revenue per footfall by aiding customers’ purchase decisions
• Achieving profitability (Return on investment) targets for thestore
• Minimizing losses from pilferage (wastage) and shrinkage (unidentified losses)
• Managingchurn and achieve customer satisfaction for walk-in customers
• Ensure appropriate placement of pop-ups and product displays atstoreand I resolvestore-specific issues within specific timelines
• Coach & trainStoreExecutives and ensure employee-retention and motivation levels are high through regular reviews and performance streamlining of both on-roll and associate employees
