B S R & Co. LLP is seeking a CA-qualified professional to join our audit practice in Hyderabad. The role focuses on independent risk reviews, KAM compliance, and high-quality audit file development.

You will work both independently and with teams, leveraging strong drafting and communication skills to support diverse clients. Expect to contribute to milestone monitoring, MIS reporting, and ongoing audit process improvements, while enhancing learning across the engagement team and driving

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, capable of coordinating and driving tasks to closure.
• Ability to work independently or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of KAM and Indian Auditing Standards.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent drafting abilities for audit documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Independent in-depth review of significant risks on audits.
• Assist in building KAM-compliant engagement files.
• Learn-on-the-job focus to develop audit team expertise.
• Bring efficiency to audit approaches and processes.
