Job summary

B S R & Co. LLP in Chennai is seeking a project & product tool management professional to oversee application development from conception to go-live. You will coordinate with developers, perform testing, prepare documentation, and draft communications collateral.

The role requires BE/BTech/MCA/BCA or equivalent, and strong coordination, testing, and training skills. You will support tool champions network, monitor SAT processes, and help with reporting and post-launch support.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of project development leading up to go live/launch.
• Track and monitor project throughout project life cycle, prepare status reports.
• Co-ordination with developers.
• Carry out application testing and documentation.
• Draft flyers/ collaterals for product communications.
• Own and monitor the SAT approval process.
• L2 support for query management.
• Monitor usage statistics and prepare reports/presentations.
• Provide on-going support to Tool Champions network.

• Provide on-going support on a need-basis to the Central Product Championand
• network of Location ToolChampions
• Monitor usage statistics and support in preparation of any reporting/presentations
• Ensure continued SAT accreditation, as may berequired
• Tool upgrades andimprovements
• Ensure continuous tool feedback through survey forms, interaction with tool champions
