A global technology firm in Pune is seeking an experienced SDET Manager to lead the quality engineering processes. The successful candidate will strategize testing for trading applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior members. The ideal applicant has over 12 years of experience in software testing within investment banking or wealth management. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and experience in Agile methodologies are essential for this role.

The Role
Addepar is looking for an experienced SDET Manager to help build the product SDET team at Addepar. As SDET manager you will be responsible for implementation of the quality engineering processes to deliver the trading solution on time and with high quality. This is a strategic and highly visible role, with the SDET manager partnering with both external and internal teams, including Solutions Architecture, Data Solutions, Product, Engineering, and release team.
