Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a senior AI/ML leader in India to guide a fast-growing team and shape our AI roadmap. You will define AI strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of scalable, production-grade AI solutions for enterprise planning.

Based in Gurugram, you will collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into robust AI systems while advancing MLOps, model monitoring, and governance in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/ML teams in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Deep expertise in time series forecasting and machine learning.
• Experience architecting production AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and autonomous agent architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices (testing, CI/CD).
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects on time with high quality.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering impactful AI solutions in fast-paced, agile environments.

• Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI/ML, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI, to identify and implement new opportunities.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions.
