Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework. You will build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.

You will work with MongoDB and MSSQL, optimize performance, enforce security best practices, and collaborate with DevOps on AWS-based deployments (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS). Proficiency with Postman, Git, and Eclipse is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with REST API development using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Experience with Node JS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with Postman and Git.
• Proficient in using IDEs such as Eclipse.
• Experience with MongoDB and MSSQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and indexing strategies.
• Familiarity with performance engineering, application monitoring, and optimization.
• Basic knowledge of AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, API Gateway, ECS) is a plus.

Responsibilities
