You'll own critical services and customer journeys that determine what Prime Video customers can buy, rent, or subscribe to - and at what price. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, strong execution, and people management. You'll guide the team through architectural evolution while delivering customer-facing capabilities at global scale. The scope spans architecture, delivery, operational excellence, and long-term technical strategy, with opportunities to influence systems that serve millions of Prime Video customers.
You'll work closely with product managers, senior engineers, and partner teams across Prime Video to solve complex problems, make pragmatic technical trade-offs, and build a team that consistently delivers high-quality results.
