Job summary
Charles Schwab India in Hyderabad is seeking a Manager, Software Development & Engineering - Quality Assurance to lead hands-on testing and automation framework development. You will own test lifecycle management, test case creation from acceptance criteria, and end-to-end execution.
The role requires strong QA method expertise, experience in UI and API automation using Playwright, Typescript, .NET, C#, and xUnit, plus SQL validation and agile delivery within a Fortune 500 environment.

- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience building custom or hybrid automation frameworks.
- Practical experience with Visual Studio 2022 and Visual Studio Code.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect tracking.
- Experience working in an Agile and Scrum environmenti.

This is a Manager, Software Development & Engineering - Quality Assurance role, with responsibilities including hands-on experience in manual testing and automation test framework development. In addition, this role requires test case development, maintenance, and end to end test lifecycle management including hands on test execution.
- Utilizes an expertise in quality assurance testing to develop solutions that enhance the business impact of activities such as ensuring the quality of systems, products, and business processes or services.
- Coordinates with team members in the designated business area to review and adjust strategies for quality assurance testing practices.
- Strong experience creating test cases from acceptance criteria
