Job summary

The leader will mentor engineers, drive modern development practices, and promote engineering excellence, quality, and customer success while coordinating with Product Management and Architecture on roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in software development, software quality engineering, or technology delivery.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical initiatives, developers, or cross-functional teams.
