Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of internal auditing in manufacturing.
• Knowledge: Internal auditing standards, regulatory requirements, manufacturing processes.
• Analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Willing to travel within India and abroad.

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures. The Internal Auditor will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to management.

• Internal Audit for Manufacturing clients: Team Members who are executing Plant Audit and Guiding in preparation Audit Plan, reports etc
• Experience of Plant/Factory Audit, Production audit, procurement to pay, order to cash, hire to retire
• Understand the business and identify risks with the practice to mitigate the risks Client handling & adhere to timelines
• Must have SAP User

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Conduct Internal Audits: Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
• 2. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with manufacturing processes, financial transactions, and other business activities.
• 3. Audit Planning: Develop audit plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines.
• 4. Audit Execution: Conduct audits, including interviews, observations, and reviews of documents and records.
• 5. Reporting: Prepare and present audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• 6. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up audits to ensure implementation of recommended actions.
• 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2. Experience: At least 2-4 years of internal auditing experience in the manufacturing sector.
• 3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements.
• 4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• 6. Traveling: Willing to Traveling within India and outside India
