Job summary

Enzene Biosciences Ltd in Pune is seeking a Chartered Accountant to lead financial reporting, consolidation and technical accounting for its biologics and biosimilars businesses.

You will own month-end close, manage intercompany eliminations, IFRS/Ind AS guidance, and liaise with internal teams on SAP reporting and finance automation to support board reporting and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• CA with 8+ years post-qualification experience.
• Background in Big 4 and/or Pharma, Biotech, CDMO, Chemical or Manufacturing.
• Strong grounding in Ind AS, consolidation and audit management.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close and deliver reporting packs on time.
• Lead consolidation across Indian and overseas subsidiaries, including FCTR, intercompany eliminations and Ind AS 21.
• Act as the go-to expert on Ind AS/IFRS, including Ind AS 115 revenue recognition across CDMO, products and licensing streams.
• Manage statutory audit, IFC testing and DoA compliance through to clean sign-off
• Provide inputs for Board and investor reporting, EBITDA bridges and margin reporting
• Work with IT on SAP reporting, CoA mapping and finance automation
