Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree with MBA in finance or equivalent an asset.
• 8+ years in Strategy, Business Planning, Corporate Planning, Finance, MIS Analysis, Manufacturing, or related functions.
• Industry exposure to manufacturing and understanding of business finance, budgeting and forecasting is preferred.
• Experience in MIS analysis and deriving actionable insights is required.

Responsibilities

• Review Operational and Financial MIS and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate reports, dashboards and KPIs and recommend enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance & MIS Analysis

• Review Operational and Financial MIS and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate existing reports, dashboards, and KPIs and recommend enhancements.
• Support budgeting, performance tracking, and business reviews.

Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination

• Track strategic projects, timelines, milestones, and action items.
• Draft professional communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive follow-ups and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Manage communication and relationships with internal teams and external partners, including JV partners.

Research & Reporting

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to management.

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech with MBA (Finance preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Corporate Planning, Finance, MIS Analysis, Manufacturing, Consulting, or related functions.
• Candidates from Manufacturing organizations
• Strong understanding of business finance, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience in analyzing Operational and Financial MIS and deriving actionable insights.
• Exposure to strategy projects, business planning, M&A, JV evaluation, or growth initiatives is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
