Alivus Life Sciences Limited seeks an experienced Manager Security & Administration to lead security, fire safety, and site administration at our API manufacturing facility in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. You will oversee security gates, transport, housekeeping, and facilities to maintain strict compliance.

The role requires 10–15 years in security and admin, with pharma/chemical plant exposure, and leadership to manage vendors and teams effectively.

Qualifikationen

• 10 to 15 years in security and administration, with at least 5 years in a pharma, chemical or manufacturing plant.
• Ex Defence or paramilitary officers (JCO and above) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety, cGMP housekeeping norms.
• Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
• Strong leadership, team handling and vendor management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead security operations across the plant with full control over entry and exit of personnel, material and vehicles.
• Govern movement of contract workers and their material with accurate records at all times.
• Maintain strong vigilance at site and report every activity of man and material movement to the concerned authority.
• Ensure complete documentation at the security gate for all man and material movement.
• Enforce fire prevention rules and report deviations promptly.
• Lead fire control response to protect life and company property.
• Conduct Fire & Safety training for security supervisors and guards.
• Oversee upkeep of the fire tender and firefighting equipment.
• Manage employee transportation through company and contract vehicles.
• Ensure repair and maintenance of company vehicles, fire tender and contract vehicles with valid documents available at the gate.
• Drive housekeeping and horticulture across plant premises in line with cGMP compliance.
• Maintain admin block, canteen, conference rooms, reception, change rooms and washrooms to high standards.
• Oversee drainage cleaning, grass cutting and garden development.
