Voltas Limited - A TATA Enterprise is seeking a security leader to oversee end-to-end physical security across offices and plants, including access control, guard force management, and protection of critical assets.

The role covers CCTV & security automation, risk assessments, incident response, crisis management, and executive protection for leadership travel, with reporting and governance responsibilities to ensure compliance and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end physical security across offices and plants, including access control and guard management.
• Manage CCTV, VMS, access control, and integrated security systems; drive automation, surveillance analytics, and real-time incident response.
• Ensure a safe, zero-incident environment through audits, drills, and contractor/visitor management.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments; implement preventive controls to mitigate theft, disruption, and security breaches.
• Track geopolitical, regional, and social risks; provide advisories to management on impact to operations, supply chain, travel, and workforce safety.
• Lead incident response, emergency handling, and support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain coordination with law enforcement, authorities, and regulatory bodies; ensure compliance.
• Manage security agencies, monitor SLA/KPIs, conduct audits and investigations with reporting.
• Secure leadership movement when required, travel risk assessment, and security planning for visits/events.
• Provide clear MIS, dashboards, and incident reports; drive continuous security improvements.
