Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a manager at our Mumbai location. The manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain the standards and vision of BSMH. Responsibilities include sales and counselling, driving revenue growth across segments, coordinating schedules, driving business growth, supporting students for upselling as well as referral revenue, and fostering relationships with recruiters and industry professionals. The manager will also take an active role in mentoring staff, providing leadership, and addressing student and operational needs efficiently.

• Knowledge and experience in the beauty and wellness industry is an additional benefit.

• Marketing and business development skills, including experience in maintaining partnerships and driving growth
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
• Experience in educational institutions, vocational training centers, or the beauty and fashion industry is preferred

• Proficiency in operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the organization
