Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Bengaluru is urgently hiring for Manager – Risk Management (Corporate) to lead enterprise risk initiatives across manufacturing entities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Enterprise Risk Management initiatives.
• Drive integration of enterprise risk management with business strategy, operational planning, and organizational management processes.
• Evaluate and strengthen the company’s internal control framework to ensure risks are effectively mitigated and business objectives are achieved.
• Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports and dashboards to Senior Management, Board, and Audit Committee to support risk-based decision-making.
• Establish risk management tools, processes, and frameworks to enable proactive risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation.
• Lead risk assessment exercises, identify emerging risks, and ensure timely development and implementation of mitigation action plans.
• Periodically review and update risk management policies, procedures, reporting templates, and frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress of mitigation action plans and ensure accountability of risk owners across functions.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness of risk and control processes.
• Drive development of risk awareness and competence across the organization through structured training and awareness programs.
• Support ESG risk identification, monitoring, reporting, and integration into the overall enterprise risk framework.
