The opportunity: Manager - Risk Consulting- TMT- Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in internal audit, internal controls, and risk-based process reviews within TMT/ Manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience with IFC, ICOFR, and SOX frameworks, including design and evaluation of control environments. Proficient in risk analytics to identify control gaps, assess vulnerabilities, and support mitigation planning. Skilled in process design and control transformation to strengthen governance and operational effectiveness. Experience in client delivery for consulting engagements, with exposure to team management and mentorship.
